Fulfillment relates to the steps involved in receiving, processing and delivering orders (prizes) to your winners (reps).

Expectations – From the first announcement of each contest, your team is given the timetable and expectation for the entire incentive - process, start, qualifying requirements, winners announcement, and final delivery. Your POSER sets detailed expectations and then executes the plan accordingly.
STEP 2
We utilize push notifications through your customized app that allow us to send direct messages to each user. These notifications allow for read receipts and delivery confirmations ensuring each winner is communicated in the same way. Your POSER handles all notifications and correspondence with each winner.
STEP 3
Ship and Re-Sell – Each prize is shipped via FedEx 2-day and tracking numbers are sent to each winner. Each package has collateral materials that announce and detail each new competition. This is critical as most reps are serial winners and this info gives the the insight for continued victories.
